jl49 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with jl49, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is both the legal minimum for online gaming in the Philippines and a hard requirement of jl49's operating license.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that using jl49 does not violate any local law where you are located.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jl49 employee or any of its gaming software partners.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from jl49 or any affiliated platform.

Registration Process

Each individual may only register one account on jl49. Creating more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in all accounts.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. jl49 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide these documents when requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Registration is subject to approval by jl49. We reserve the right to decline any application without giving a specific reason.

2. Account Security

Your jl49 account credentials — username, password, and any associated security PINs — are your personal responsibility. You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and never share it with any other person.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other websites or apps.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify jl49 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

jl49 will never ask for your full password via live chat, email, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from jl49 and requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

jl49 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is ₱100.

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. jl49 does not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of a player. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered jl49 account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

jl49 reserves the right to request full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal. Verified accounts experience faster processing times. jl49 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

All amounts are in Philippine Pesos (₱). jl49 does not process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player's payment provider.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

jl49 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each eligible player may claim a specific bonus only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. They cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified on the individual promotion. Uncompleted bonus requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• jl49 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. In cases where a promotional change materially affects an already-claimed bonus, affected players will be notified directly.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jl49 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or underpublished promotions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using jl49 as a vehicle. All suspicious activity is reported to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing members of the jl49 support team or other players in any communication channel.
• Providing false or fraudulent identification or payment information during registration or verification.

7. VIP Club Terms

Membership in the jl49 VIP Club is automatic for all registered players beginning at Bronze tier. Tier progression is based on monthly qualifying wager totals across all real-money game categories. The following specific terms apply to VIP Club membership:

• VIP tier reviews are conducted monthly. Tier upgrades take effect on the first day of the following calendar month.
• Tier downgrades are reviewed quarterly. Players who do not meet the qualifying wager threshold for three consecutive months may be moved to a lower tier.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses from Monday to Sunday and credited each Monday. Cashback carries a 1x wagering requirement for Silver tier and above.
• VIP benefits — including birthday bonuses, enhanced withdrawal limits, and dedicated account manager access — are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account holder.
• jl49 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, cashback percentages, and benefit structures with 30 days' notice to affected members.

8. Responsible Gaming

jl49 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players who may be at risk of developing problematic gambling habits. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a timer that will notify you when you've been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gambling for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account will be temporarily restricted from gameplay during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent self-exclusion from jl49. This removes your ability to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl49 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of jl49 or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any jl49 content without explicit prior written consent.

The jl49 brand name, logo, and associated visual identities are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks in any form is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl49 and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorized account access where the player failed to maintain adequate account security.
• Losses resulting from technical interruptions, service outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond jl49's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the jl49 platform.
• Decisions made by players based on information provided on the platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits jl49's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11. Changes to These Terms

jl49 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights, bonus structures, or withdrawal rules — jl49 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via a notice displayed in the platform upon next login. Continued use of jl49 after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to any updated version of these Terms and Conditions, you must cease using jl49 immediately and contact support to request account closure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or related to the use of jl49 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the jl49 internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

jl49 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
